PICK UP & DELIVERY PROCESS

• Have your bag(s) outside your door or ready-to-go during your scheduled pick up time.
• We pick up between the hours of 5:30AM-9:30AM and 12:30PM-4:30PM Tuesday through Saturday. Delivery is within those same windows on the same days.
• Your credit card will be charged just prior to delivery, which is after we process your order.
